We now have one pound bags and five pound bags in our special air-tight plastic containers. They will stay fresh and can be stored in the freezer if needed.*****

Our cracklins are made from fresh pork skins, cut and cooked to a golden crisp after sitting in a hot vat of bubbly perfection. We cook them the old fashioned way in big black iron pots and we certainly don't forget the much needed cajun seasoning. They will stay fresh and tasty for many days and can be put in the freezer for later or warmed up in the microwave if wanted warm. Change quantity in the box if you would like more than 1 jar.
