Blue Plate Mayo, really is the Best (Anonymous)
I grew up in Mississippi and I loved Blue Plate mayo, even as a snack spread on saltine crakers. Now that I am all grown up and relocated to Santa Monica, CA, I am grateful that I found Simply Cajun. I order my mayo in orders of 10 - 15 jars at a time. I have even had a few converts out here. If I mention it, and they like or don't like mayo, I tell them they have to try Blue Plate. They do, and then they don't want to go back to any of the other "best" or "real" mayo's out there. Just this past Memorial day, we had a bar-b-que, and I made my potato salad, and lots of the guests, said things like "I don't like mayo" or "I don't like potato salad. I tell them they should at least try it. They do, and are shocked that it is so very good. Some even buy a jar from me, so that they can use it at home. (One of the reasons I buy the larger quantity for my own use.) Thanks Simply Cajun, for making it so easy to keep my recipe's true to me. Rose

I 3 Blue Plate! (Josh)
I grew up as an EXTREMELY Picky eater in Birmingham, Alabama. If my mom tried to use anything else but Blue Plate i would turn my nose up! Now that i'm all grown up i've moved out to Los Angeles where they don't have Blue Plate! :( i'm really glad i found this site! now i don't have to stock up everytime i go home! THANK YOU!

THE BEST! This is a creamy not oily best mayonaise ever. I may be a little bias due to the fact that I am a N.O. native transplanted to Virginia, but the major chain store mayonaise and that Kraft stuff, is just doing it for me. For the past 14 years, my family and friends have kept me with a jar of Blue Plate. Not to mention the lemon pies. Please, please get your team to approach Safeway, Giant, and Bloom food stores to carry Blue Plate. Please.

To whom it may concern, I used to beable to buy in the supermarkets in Florida. They discontinued it. When my husband was living that was the only mayonnaise we used. He was from New Orleans. I got hooked on it and hope that I can keep ordering this way as long as i can. And Thank you for the order. It really made my day. Thanks, Kathy Hamilton from St. Petersburg, Florida.
