If you've never had a King Cake, now would be the perfect time. We now serve King Cakes all year round in a variety of delicious flavors. Our King Cakes are very generous in size. Can feed up to 20 people. Louisiana is the home of the biggest celebration of Mardi Gras and it wouldn't be complete without King Cakes. In Louisiana, Twelfth Night signifies the beginning of the carnival season with Mardi Gras Day. The plastic baby that comes with the cake symbolizes the Christ Child. The baby is usually stuffed randomly somewhere in the cake by the purchaser and the person who gets the baby is expected on the carnival festivities to host the next King Cake party. Our king cakes are baked fresh on order and filled with real fruit filling, fresh cremes or a combination of both to your request. We decorate them in the traditional mardi gras colors; gold (for power), green (for faith) and purple. The Baby is left out the King Cake for your safety. You can insert the Baby if you please.
