Ordering on the Simply Cajun website is quick, safe and easy. We use SSL encryption when your order is processed, this is Secure Sockets Layer which means all data is encrypted and cannot be seen by anyone else on the internet. To order, just browse through our selection of great products and click the product pictures to enlarge the picture and view the product detail. Click on "buy" if you would like to add something to your shopping cart. The details will appear on the side and a checkout button will appear and you can press this button when you are ready to complete your order.

Forms of Payment

We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We are also now accepting Paypal payments and in the very near future: Google and Amazon Payments.

Sales Tax

We are only required to charge sales tax to orders originating in Louisiana at the current time. If you are ordering from any other state you are exempt from sales tax at this time.

Product Availability

We secure a large inventory in house of all our products but there are times when high demand products tend to deplete faster than we expect during certain times of year and for this we apologize. If this does happen we will notify you via email and you can decide from there if you would like to wait for the return of a new stock shipment. Your credit card will only be charged when an item is shipped so you have nothing to worry about if an item isn't in stock.

Gift Baskets

Certain products for gift baskets may become unavailable and it may be necessary to subsititute a similar item of equal or greater value within certain baskets in order to meet certain delivery deadlines. Even though this rarely happens we will make sure the replacement product meets our high quality standards. We also offer customized gift cards with each and every basket so you can send your own personalized message to the gift receipient.
